We are looking for a
Digital Marketing and Growth Senior Manager
who will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all digital channels through data-driven marketing strategies and growth-focused initiatives. This role will actively contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns; the development of growth models and conversion strategies; and the continuous improvement of digital touchpoints to enhance user experience and brand visibility. The position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Data, and Design to strengthen ColendiBank's digital presence, ensure measurable business impact, and develop innovative approaches that accelerate sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency of creative and communication assets throughout all marketing channels.
• Lead the planning and implementation of growth initiatives across various digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Plan and execute surveys to inform the brand development.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve customer journey, and maximize ROI.
• Develop strategies to optimize digital marketing campaigns performance, including budget allocation, targeting, and content/creative optimization. Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to meet performance goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, customer experience, and sales to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Oversee the creation of compelling content and creative assets to support marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure ColendiBank remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing and growth, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution and team leadership.
• Solid experience in digital channels, data analytics, and customer journey optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads and other marketing analytics tools. The ability to analyze campaign data, draw actionable insights, and optimize marketing campaigns based on data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
