Key accountabilities

To solicit existing and potential customers and follow up established accounts on regular basis by any communication channel, by correspondence or by personal contact. To explore industry related data, new developments in certain agencies' structures, new assignments, industrial complexes, new business centers, new projects which all could be interest and benefit of the hotel and to distribute this information to his/her colleagues. To keep close follow up on developments of the competitor hotels (occupancy, structural alterations, renovation, special campaigns, rate promotions, marketing efforts, theme events etc.) Also to explore and compare FIT and Group traffic (who is accommodating guests in which hotel) amongst the competitors. To maintain the existence of an efficient customer database system which will be capable of identifying to report sales calls and other sales activities and to carry out updating exercise in certain periods of time. On weekly basis, to prepare an activity report which will cover sales call reports, site inspections, fam trips, new agencies, meetings, entertainment and other functions she/he participated in during the week and presents to Sales Director. To keep close follow up on room night and revenue development of the agencies and accounts to prepare a quarterly report on production of the member agencies/ accounts. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures.

General requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years' working experience in the hospitality industry. Luxury hotel Sales preferred and or operational hotel experience, proven sales track record a plus. Excellent customer interaction skills. Excellent command in spoken English. Sense of details, organization. Strong Communication skills. High School Diploma, Hotel Apprenticeship, Higher College Education.
