At Amaris Consulting, we are looking for an R&D Incentive Engineer to join our team and collaborate with a leading automotive company in Bursa. In this hybrid role, you'll contribute to innovative R&D projects while enjoying the flexibility of a dynamic, growth-oriented work environment.

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, etc.)
  2. Experience in R&D incentives, TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB, and Ministry of Industry incentive programs
  3. Knowledge of European Union projects and funds, with expertise in related incentive processes
  4. Proficient in advanced English (strong written and verbal communication skills)
  5. Skilled in project management and reporting processes
  6. Familiar with regulations, incentive legislation, and processes
  7. Proficient in MS Office programs
  8. Team player with strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Managing R&D incentive processes, including applications and follow-ups
  2. Planning and preparing applications for European Union projects and overseeing process management
  3. Preparing project budgets and cost analyses
  4. Conducting official correspondence with institutions regarding incentive processes and managing relationships
  5. Ensuring R&D projects align with incentive programs and are effectively reported
  6. Monitoring legislative changes and adapting internal company processes accordingly

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities
  3. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
