Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our clients' goals, driving engagement, brand awareness, and business growth. You will work closely with our creative and digital teams to deliver compelling content and manage social media campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored to each client's brand and objectives.
  2. Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and on-brand content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
  3. Community Management: Monitor and manage social media channels, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and building strong online communities.
  4. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns, ensuring they meet performance goals and deliver a strong ROI.
  5. Real-Time Content: Attend client events, activations, and field activities, creating and sharing real-time content to capture the energy and excitement of the moment across social media channels.
  6. Tool Proficiency: Utilize content creation tools to produce high-quality videos and still posts on the go, particularly during live events, without the need for the design and video team.
  7. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, generating insights to improve strategy and reporting results to clients.
  8. Trend Awareness: Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring our clients benefit from the latest innovations in the field.
  9. Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their goals, present social media plans, and provide regular updates on campaign performance.
  10. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, including strategy, digital, and production teams, to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Min 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within an agency environment.
  2. Skills: Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with a deep understanding of various social media platforms and tools.
  3. Knowledge: Familiarity with social media advertising, analytics, and content creation tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva).
  4. Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
  5. Tool Proficiency: Ability to create content independently using tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar platforms, especially during live events.
  6. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
