Recruitment and Talent Management Assistant Manager

We are seeking a Cloud Manager responsible for network, infrastructure, and cloud technologies to ensure the continuous, secure, and efficient operation of our company's IT infrastructure. This position will coordinate the network and infrastructure management processes outsourced as managed services, intervene when necessary to optimize infrastructure performance, design and manage cloud systems, and lead digital transformation projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 10+ years of experience in network, infrastructure, and cloud management.
  • Certifications in platforms such as Cisco (CCNP, CCIE), AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are preferred.
  • Linux Server Management: Experience with operating systems like Red Hat, CentOS, etc.
  • Windows Server Management: Experience in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
  • Security Device Management: Experience in configuring and managing security devices such as firewalls, WAFs, etc.
  • Implementation of cloud automation, orchestration, and CI/CD processes in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.
  • Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) and knowledge in managing cloud security applications.
  • A strategic approach to cost optimization, risk management, and setting security standards for cloud services.
  • Effective communication and project management skills in collaborating with outsourced service providers for planning and executing cloud projects.
  • Experience in project management and vendor management.
  • Experience in building in-house teams (recruiting, managing, and developing teams).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, NAC, etc.) executed by outsourced service providers.
  • Continuously monitor network performance, implement security measures, and track SLAs.
  • Manage emergency support processes by intervening when necessary.
  • Coordinate the operations of servers, storage, virtualization, and related infrastructure solutions managed as outsourced services.
  • Oversee capacity planning, performance optimization, backup, disaster recovery, and the implementation of business continuity plans.
  • Develop, implement, and manage the corporate cloud strategy (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
  • Optimize cloud-based services, control costs, and ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Integrate CI/CD processes and automation projects into the cloud environment.
  • Plan IT infrastructure investments, budgeting, and manage project processes.
  • Keep up with technological advancements and integrate innovative solutions into the organization.
  • Coordinate projects carried out within the scope of outsourced services.
  • Maintain effective communication, coordination, and performance evaluation with outsourced service providers.
  • Ensure SLA implementation, conduct regular reporting, and manage quality control processes.
