Consolidating 300 years of experience in bakery products, chocolate, gum, and candy, it is home to beloved, iconic brands such as Ülker, McVitie's, and Godiva. With 25 factories in 11 countries, and a global workforce of 16,000 people in its operations in over 100 countries, pladis offers its consumers the highest quality products and services.

Responsibilities

  1. Experience in integrated marketing communications planning. Campaign management with focus on consistency of messages, implementing different promotions/tools to increase effectiveness and relevance for each channel.
  2. Assist designing and developing successful brand communication strategy and activities in line with business goals of the company and global guides. (New product, store, category, campaign etc launches)
  3. Implementing the country's marketing calendar in line with the global activities & business objectives. Complying with regional marketing strategy and at the same time adapting to local marketing business needs.
  4. Monitor, analyze and interpret competition data, category trends and recommend action plans.
  5. Coordinating the marketing activity with all sales channels. (E-commerce-Retail-Café-B2B)
  6. Support preparation of company's marketing budget in coordination with Marketing Manager and executing it with directed focus areas.
  7. Support development of local pricing strategy in line with Global strategy and local market capacity for new products. Competitive analysis preparation.
  8. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
  9. Reporting of all marketing activity and promotion in accordance with global requirements.
  10. Overseeing visual merchandising plans and themes in-store as per approved marketing calendar. Preparation of seasonal visual merchandising planograms.
  11. Developing and managing all productions of POSMs & branded materials in-store.
  12. Collaboration and coordination with all marketing agencies.
  13. Supporting all New Product Development projects and ensuring local implementation.
  14. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  15. Developing and executing brand events and PR activities as per the annual calendar.
  16. Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships and brand collaborations to support marketing the brand.

Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in preferably business/marketing.
  2. Experience of minimum 1 year in brand/marketing management for well-known brands.
  3. Relevant work experience in Retail, FMCG or F&B Marketing. Passionate about marketing management, planning her/his career in this area.
  4. Specialized understanding of marketing management, communication and consumption trends.
  5. A proven track record of successfully managing projects in all aspects of marketing, (Brand strategy and positioning, Product Development, Creative/Media/PR/Social Media Agency Management, Marketing Budget Management).
  6. Understanding of digital platforms and their best practice utilization for customer-driven campaigns.
  7. Microsoft tools knowledge, (Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
  8. Excellent communication skills in English.
  9. Problem solver, proactive thinker.
  10. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects.
  11. Efficient team player, multi-tasking and resilient with a strategic point of view.
