As one of the leading companies in the Food & Beverage Services field, we are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and quality-oriented colleagues to join our innovative, dynamic team for the position of "Franchise Brands Operations Assistant Manager" located in our Head Office.

General Qualifications:

  • Graduated from relevant university departments (Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.), preferably with a master's degree.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in international food & beverage brand operations.
  • Commitment to service and quality standards with expertise in these areas.
  • Experienced in operational process management and improvement.
  • Strong team management, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Developed analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs.

Job Description:

  • Ensuring the implementation of the brand's standard operations, procedures, instructions, job descriptions, and processes in stores in line with targets.
  • Planning operational preparation processes during store openings and implementing opening preparation steps.
  • Ensuring that the standards of existing franchise brands are applied, reporting areas for improvement, and creating corrective action plans.
  • Coordinating the implementation of annual/periodic product plans determined by the brands with businesses, guiding the marketing team for the preparation of relevant marketing materials, and tracking post-sales performance.
  • Conducting country-based commercial product research and development for brands and tracking their performance.
  • Creating training programs to increase the operational efficiency of franchise brands, planning training & promotion processes, following up with business managers and store managers, and reporting to a senior manager.
  • Communicating and following up on operational information and updates from brands to businesses.
  • Conducting store visits to audit the brand through audit forms, providing feedback to the team & business managers on operational performance, and reporting audit results to senior managers.
  • Monitoring, reporting, and creating action plans for audits conducted by the main brand.
  • Analyzing the operational costs of franchise brands and presenting cost optimization suggestions.
  • Obtaining all documentation related to new brand agreements and ensuring necessary translations. For existing brands, ensuring all brand-related documents are kept up-to-date and implemented.
  • Controlling franchise marketing activities and working to increase efficiency.
  • Providing suggestions to help stores achieve budget and cost targets and ensuring the implementation of decisions made.
  • Ensuring hygiene, quality, and food safety standards are met.
