What you will be doing as a Marketing Manager:

The core purpose of this role is to support the company's marketing efforts in MEAT regions and Turkey. The primary purpose of this role is to provide market insights, organize tradeshows and engage with customers to drive marketing strategies.


This will be done through the following actions:

  1. Market Analysis: To research and analyze market data to stay ahead of industry trends.
  2. Customer Engagement: To visit customers and participate in events to strengthen relationships.
  3. Event Participation: To organize trade shows and customer events, enhancing brand visibility.
  4. Campaign Localization: To adapt marketing campaigns to the local market, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
  5. Strategic Collaboration: To work with the sales team and channel partners to support sales initiatives and expand market reach.
  6. Conduct thorough market research to gather insights and stay ahead of industry trends, with a focus on the food and beverage sector.
  7. Localize marketing campaigns to ensure relevance and effectiveness within the region.
  8. Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy that aligns with the sales team's goals and targets specific industry sectors.
  9. Manage and collaborate with channel partners to optimize marketing efforts and reach wider audiences.
  10. Lead generation through effective tactics and campaigns across various channels.
  11. Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
  12. Establish and maintain connections with regional industrial associations, ensuring alignment with industry standards and practices.
  13. Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring that all partnerships align with the company's marketing objectives and brand values.
  14. Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently and monitoring expenditures to maximize return on investment.


What do we expect from our future colleague?

  1. 8-10 years in category or marketing management in the food industry - B2B.
  2. A recently completed education at Bachelor level on Marketing, Business Management or Business Administration.
  3. Detail-oriented, strong planning skills and excellent level of communication.
  4. Strong MS Office knowledge.
  5. Proactive B2B approach and broad knowledge about competitors.
  6. Advanced English skills, Arabic is a plus.
  7. Open to travel: domestic and international.
