The Human Resources Team is the strategic partner of the businesses at Trendyol and works closely with them. The team drives data-driven processes, improves our current way of working, and builds an agile organization to provide the best environment for our teams while advancing our values.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Defines and manages the learning and development strategies that puts forward a competitive edge, improving the corporate & Individual performance.
  • Will be responsible for the Operations & Tex teams.
  • Produces learning solutions according to the defined quality standards.
  • Produces learning solutions according to the defined quality standards.
  • Develops Productive External Partnerships.
  • Listen, decode, evaluate and define training needs for each function.
  • Designs training content - detailed learning objectives and storyboard - as well as evaluation approach.
  • Develops Leadership development programs.
  • Develops Coaching and mentorship programs.
  • Develops functional development programs.
  • Builds strategic partnerships with vendors/platforms.
  • Establish digital learning platform and content.
  • Plans, prepares and schedules internal / external instructors for courses.
  • Creates annual training calendar.
  • Develops internal trainers program.
  • Develops and manages orientation program.
  • Training operations (organisation, invitation, follow up etc).
  • Manages the training budget.

QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelors degree in related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development activities.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Able to prepare and give trainings both in Turkish and English languages.
  • Analytic, result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Good command of MS Office Programs.

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.

We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.

The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
