QUALIFICATIONS

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee and manage all HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Support performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and procedures across departments.
  • Handle employee relations, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with different teams to enhance HR operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and reports.
  • Assist in HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and efficiency.
  • Utilize SAP Employee Central for HR processes, data management, and reporting.
