Tasks

Finance Specialist Job Summary:

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. The Finance Specialist will oversee the financial operations and ensure the effective management of the organization's finances. They handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure compliance and financial health.

Bookkeeper duties include reviewing financial records and procedures, reconciling bank statements, and calculating tax payments and returns. You will provide us with accurate quantitative information about our company's financial position, liquidity, and cash flow while ensuring that we comply with all tax regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting transactions, financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Monitor cash flow and optimize the organization's financial performance.
  • Publish financial statements on time.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Analyze financial data to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure timely bank payments.
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
  • Report on the company's financial health
