  • Telekomünikasyon sektörü erişim alt yapısında kullanılan cihazlar hakkında bilgi sahibi olmanı,
  • Cisco, Teles, Quintum, Xpeech, Audiocodes ve benzer ses donanımlarını tanıyan, işletmesini yapmış olmanı ve saha deneyiminin bulunmasını,
  • ACME, Nextone, Veraz ve benzeri altyapı ekipmanlarının çalışma prensiplerini bilmeni ve tercihen işletmesini yapmış olmanı,
  • Müşteri iletişiminde çok iyi olmanı, kriz durumlarını yönetebilmeni,
  • Eşzamanlı birden fazla projenin satış, müşteri ve saha dinamiklerini yönetebilmeni,
  • Proje takibi konusunda deneyimli ve ekip çalışmasına yatkın olmanı,
  • Hızlı öğrenme ve problem çözme yeteneklerinin gelişmiş olmasını,

Turkcell'de Expert Voice Services Engineer Rolü Ne Yapar?

  • Kurumsal müşteri ses servislerinin (voip, numara tahsis ve taşıma, akıllı santral vb.) sipariş anından itibaren hedeflenen zaman, standartlar ve müşteri memnuniyeti doğrultusunda kurulumunu sağlar,
  • Sorumlu olduğu servislerin müşteri ile testlerini gerçekleştirir.
  • Dış kaynak kullanarak ses servis cihazlarının (Voice Gateway, IP Telefon vb.) müşteri lokasyonlarında kurulmasını sağlar,
  • Proje adımlarını gerçekleştirir, teknik boyutta proje ve/veya kurulum yönetimi yapar,
  • Hem müşteri hem de omurga tarafında gerekli olan konfigürasyonları yapmak, kontrol listeleri vb. diğer dokümanları oluşturur,
  • Müşteri santral sistemleri ile servis entegrasyonunun yapılmasını sağlar,
  • Aynı anda birden fazla müşteri siparişinin kurulum süreçlerini takip ederek, yaşanan sorunları çözümler,
  • Projenin zamanında ve doğru bir şekilde sonuçlanmasını sağlamak için şirket içi ve şirket dışı grupların yönetimini sağlar,
  • Gerekli durumlarda müşteri toplantılarına katılarak projenin gidişatı ve detayları üzerinde çalışır,
  • Kurulum sürecinde satış ekiplerinin ve müşterinin bilgilendirilmesi yapmak ve iş sonuçlarını dönemsel olarak raporlar.
