What do we expect you to bring?

  1. Minimum 4 years of related work experience in organizational development or performance management.
  2. Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
  3. Good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel).
  4. Able to work within an agile and fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong analytical skills with a creative mind and data-driven thinking.
  6. Ability to work in a team environment with a mindset of full ownership.
  7. A self-starter, proactive, curious, and innovative.
  8. Excellent communication abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills.
  9. Preferably knowledge of Success Factor modules.

How can you make an impact?

  1. Support organizational development and change management processes.
  2. Carry out the development and maintenance activities of performance management process & systems.
  3. Analyze performance data and provide insights for improvement.
  4. Analyze current and future workforce requirements based on business needs and objectives.
  5. Monitor strategic workforce trends and make recommendations to improve staffing efficiency.
  6. Prepare and present reports & dashboards on organizational metrics.
  7. Support succession planning process for critical roles within the organization.
  8. Ensure local monitoring of global processes.
  9. Maintain a collaborative relationship with managers and executives.
