What do we expect you to bring?
- Minimum 4 years of related work experience in organizational development or performance management.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel).
- Able to work within an agile and fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a creative mind and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a mindset of full ownership.
- A self-starter, proactive, curious, and innovative.
- Excellent communication abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills.
- Preferably knowledge of Success Factor modules.
How can you make an impact?
- Support organizational development and change management processes.
- Carry out the development and maintenance activities of performance management process & systems.
- Analyze performance data and provide insights for improvement.
- Analyze current and future workforce requirements based on business needs and objectives.
- Monitor strategic workforce trends and make recommendations to improve staffing efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports & dashboards on organizational metrics.
- Support succession planning process for critical roles within the organization.
- Ensure local monitoring of global processes.
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with managers and executives.
