Marketing Communications ExecutiveFakir Hausgeräte has been established by H. Wilhelm Kicherer in 1933, in Stuttgart Germany. The "Fakir" brand was born from the combination of Familie, which means family in German, and the surname of its founder Kicherer.
Established with the mission to carry the technology to houses, Fakir Hausgeräte managed to become a brand preferred by consumers by spreading through Germany in a short while. The company continued to grow within Germany until 1978 and met Turkish consumers by entering the Turkish market in 1985, through Saruhan Holding's assurance. Fakir Hausgeräte became the most loved and reliable brand in Turkey in a short period, known for its pioneering and innovative brand identity in the sector since entering the Turkish market.
Fakir Hausgeräte, which became one of the leading brands of the market with its wide product range and superior German technology, decided to take its first step towards globalization by expanding over Europe. With this growth decision, 20% of the company's products started to be produced globally, and this rate gradually increased over the years. The production of products overflowing outside Germany also moved to Europe. This first step towards globalization formed the basis of the company's future success. With its wide distribution network and experienced sales team, the brand took its place in the competitive market. Thanks to its high R&D strength and production capacity, the product range continued to expand, and Fakir Hausgeräte continued to offer services in the field of home appliances and industrial products that address various needs.
With its superior German technology, Fakir Hausgeräte meets consumers in 80 countries around the world today. By continuously increasing customer satisfaction with its reliable, high-quality, and innovative products in all its markets, it maintains its leadership in the sector. In addition to concept Fakir Shops reaching 20 in number, Fakir Hausgeräte has spread over Turkey with over 7000 sales points and its online sales shop, creating a difference thanks to its strong technical service network and additional services.
Fakir Hausgeräte, the leader in the vacuum cleaner category since the first day it entered the Turkish market, has over 350 varieties in its product range. Vacuum cleaners, upright and rechargeable vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, irons, kitchen group small household appliances, smart cookers, hot beverage preparation products, personal care products, heaters, ventilators, air cleaners, dehumidifiers, humidifiers, and electric water heaters are leading products in the brand's range.

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Executive to join our team in İstanbul.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; Italian is nice to have.
- Excellent command of MS Office.
- Experience in leading social media, digital marketing, and influencer marketing.
- Great communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent team member with strong communication skills.
- Critical thinker and problem solver.
Responsibilities:
- Having a visionary perspective on agencies and brands; analyzing consumer expectations and insights; preparing and presenting reports about the targeted and potential market.
- Strategically planning and managing the 360° marketing mix of the brand according to general brand strategy and company targets; awareness & sales.
- Preparing media plans, annual marketing budgets, following up, and reporting the actual plans.
- Managing market and consumer research, analyzing outputs for the related category, and turning them into action plans.
- Preparing and executing all channel-based PR launches, in-store display activities - POS materials for the related category aligned with brand positioning and global guidelines.
- Planning effective marketing communications campaigns and brand positioning strategies for brands.
- Setting monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual targets; following up and presenting KPI reports periodically.
- Working closely with CRM, E-com, Product Marketing, Retail, and Sales teams and Ambassador teams.
- Reporting to the Head of Marketing.
