If you think you have most of the following qualifications;

  1. Bachelor's degree (preferably from Civil Engineering, Architecture, Economics, Management, Public administration)
  2. Minimum 7 years of Construction, Real Estate & Administrative Affairs experience (In banking sector is a plus)
  3. Deep knowledge of construction, real estate and facility management activities
  4. Excellent Knowledge of Architectural Programmes, Excel and Powerpoint
  5. Excellent command of written and verbal Turkish and English
  6. Strong communicator and able to present your analyses in a clear manner
  7. Good at coordination, team-work, analytical thinking, highly motivated, multi-task and result oriented personality
  8. Collaborating with the whole bank
  9. Good command of and experience with reporting packages
  10. Will be able to take precautions against possible problems and quick actions also

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;

  1. Manage all construction and renovation project processes of the bank locations. Solve all kinds of technical, mechanical, electrical and physical problems at these locations.
  2. Managing all real estate processes within the scope of both leasing activities of the bank for its own location needs and the sales of properties acquired from receivables.
  3. In line with mortgage sales and within the scope of bank's credit processes managing real estate appraisal processes.
  4. Take the responsibility of facility management activities at all locations of the bank mainly catering, cleaning, shuttle and car fleet management.
  5. End to end budget management related to these activities and reframing budget management process with Finance Dep.
  6. Collect the organization needs through administrative affairs.
  7. Relationship management with suppliers.
  8. Support procurement department in purchases and tenders.
  9. Analysis, synthesis and strategic orientation.
  10. Develops and conducts all the processes under responsibility area and takes part in communication with respective leaders including ExCo members.
  11. Involve collaborative projects with global CREFS teams.
