Job PurposeKey Responsibilities
  • Kullanıcılar ve BT tarafından bildirilen problem ve talepleri karşılamak, analiz etmek, çözüm üretmek,
  • Problemlere müdahale etmek ve hedeflenen zamanda kapatılmasını sağlamak,
  • Gereken durumlarda problem ve talepleri ilgili destek gruplarına yönlendirmek,
  • Destek verilen uygulamalar ile ilgili diğer birim veya tedarikçilerle irtibat halinde kalarak problem ve taleplerin zamanında çözülmesini sağlamak,
  • Yönlendirilen kayıtların çözüm sürecini takip etmek,
  • Kullanıcılara veya kaydı açan birimlere kayıtları hakkında geri bildirimde bulunmak,
  • Kullanıcılar veya destek birimleri tarafından iletilen bilgileri güncellemek,
  • Gereken durumlarda kayıt süreci ile ilgili raporlama yapmak,
  • ITS süreçlerinde etkin rol oynamak.
Required EducationRequired Skills and Experience
  • Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden mezun,
  • Bilgi Teknolojileri alanında benzer pozisyonda en az 3 yıl tecrübeli,
  • İyi derecede İngilizce bilgisine sahip (sözlü iletişimde kendini iyi derecede ifade edebilecek düzeyde),
  • Dijitalleşme projelerinde yer almış (Data Integrity - Lean),
  • Sanallaştırma yazılımları (VmWare, Hyper-v), genel network terminolojisi, Donanım, MS Server ve Linux işletim sistemleri / Active Directory ve MS Exchange / ve Storage/NAS vb. gibi depolama sistemleri (yedekleme/VEEAM) konusunda bilgi sahibi,
  • ISO 27001, ITIL standartlarına uyumlu çalışabilecek,
  • BT Envanter takibi, prosedürlere uyum konusunda özenli,
  • İTS (İlaç Takip Sistemi) süreci hakkında bilgi sahibi,
  • Analitik düşünebilen, takım çalışmasına yatkın, iletişim becerileri kuvvetli,
  • Raporlama ve dokümantasyon konusunda tecrübeli,
  • Yeni teknolojiler öğrenmeye ve sürekli gelişime önem veren,
  • Seyahat engeli olmayan,
  • Erkek adaylar için askerlik görevini tamamlamış,
  • Tekirdağ Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Kapaklı, Ergene ilçelerinde veya Silivri-Büyükçekmece-Avcılar-Beylikdüzü E-5 güzergahında ikamet eden veya kısa sürede edebilecek olan.
