What You'll Do?
  1. Develop and execute ASO strategies that boost traffic, improve rankings, and increase conversion rates.
  2. Ensure that all white hat SEO strategies are implemented to increase traffic & engagement while increasing keyword rankings.
  3. Work with designers, developers, content marketers and product teams to create compelling, user-friendly store and website assets.
  4. Perform site SEO audits with crawling tools, identify SEO problems and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  5. Conduct keyword research and refine app metadata to maximize visibility and performance.
  6. Day to day monitoring of web and app organic performance.
Who You Are?
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferably a master's degree).
  2. At least 5 years of professional experience in CRM management.
  3. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL, etc.).
  4. Have experience in establishing and using on-premise CRM tools.
  5. Customer-centric thinking and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to plan and implement strategic initiatives.
  7. Strong analytical skills in data-driven decision-making and customer segmentation.
  8. Proven success in achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty goals.
  9. Ability to adapt to a flexible and fast-paced work environment.
  10. Capability to respond quickly to changing customer needs.
  11. Proactive and results-oriented work approach.
  12. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  13. Commitment to prioritizing customer satisfaction at all times.
