  • Üniversitelerin tercihen Mühendislik, İktisat ve İşletme bölümlerinden mezun olmanı,
  • En az 5 yıl telco, kurulum, iş geliştirme ve/veya analiz deneyimine sahip olmanı,
  • Servis KPI yönetimi konusunda bilgi sahibi olan,
  • Müşteri ve ürün deneyimi konularında bilgi sahibi,
  • Sabit Telekomünikasyon Hizmetleri ve operatörler arasında koorinasyon yeteneğine sahip olan,
  • Analitik düşünme yeteneğine sahip, problem çözme konusunda yetenekli, yaratıcı, sonuç ve çözüm odaklı,
  • Etkin zaman yönetimi ile yoğun çalışma temposuna ayak uydurabilecek olan,
  • Microsoft Office araçlarını etkin kullanabilen,
  • İletişim ve koordinasyon yeteneği güçlü,
  • Müşteri deneyimi süreçlerinde belirlenen kpi ve sla uyumunun takibini yapar,
  • Şirket içerisinde toptan seviyede hizmet alınan iş süreçlerinin ticari kontağı olmak ve ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda yönlendirici olur,
  • Servis KPI yönetimi konusunda analitik ve yönlendirici olur,
  • Müşteri kazanım, kurulum vb. süreçleri yakından takip ederek performansı iyileştirir,
  • Business modelin sürekliliği ve ticari modellerin işletilmesini sağlar,
  • Turkcell yatırım stratejilerinim oluşmasına rekabet etkilerini gözeterek katkı sağlar,
  • Sabit altyapı süreç iyileştirmelerine katkı sağlar,
  • Bütçe planlaması ile sorumlu olduğun servisin, ödeme ve mutabakat süreçlerinin takibini yapar,
  • Operatörler arasında süreç kontağı olur,
  • Müşteri ihtiyaçları kapsamında modem, arıza ve kalite kpi larının oluşturur, takibini yapar ve işin yönetimini yapar.
