Contracts and Administrative Management Manager

We are looking for a Contracts and Administrative Management Manager to be assigned to our Directorate of Global Infrastructure and Site Preparation located in Altınova, Yalova.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering, Business Administration or a related field,
  • Experience in an engineering company, preferably an EPC experience,
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in contract management, administration, or a similar role,
  • Strong understanding of contract management, negotiation strategies, and risk assessment,
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills,
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite,
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment,
  • Fluent in English; additional languages like French are a plus,
  • Willingness to travel.

  • Managing the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations,
  • Leading all project milestones, including client & site management,
  • Coordinating with legal, finance, and procurement teams to streamline contract management processes,
  • Developing and implementing administrative procedures to optimize operational efficiency,
  • Ensuring all documentation and reporting related to contracts and administration are accurate and up to date,
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth contract execution and operational workflows,
  • Leading and mentoring site teams and contractors to support contract and administrative functions effectively,
  • Coordinating all related issues during site operations,
  • Managing lessons learned, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
