Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economic
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the technical or claims departments of insurance or brokering companies
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving proficiencies
  • Relationship management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and oral
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications

Job Description

  • Taking the claim notifications from clients
  • Preparing regular reports to follow up on the claims
  • Following up on the claim and other related expense collections and payments by means of systematic reports and solving related problems on time
  • Chasing the related reinsurers of overdue claim calls
  • Performing periodic reconciliations with the finance department on claim and claim-related expense calls and payments
  • Recording all claim notifications to the Companies' operating system
  • Managing written and verbal communications with the parties abroad
  • Filing, archiving, and updating the documents with respect to the company's standards and formats
  • Performing other claim-related operational jobs described in the Companies' Procedures Handbook
