With major expansion to our client base and use cases, we are seeking a Senior Client Associate to support our clients in the successful deployment of our solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create trusted relationships with clients to support CEPRES solutions and maintain the highest level of satisfaction.
  2. Be a trusted advocate for clients and ensure internal teams are able to service their needs in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Liaise with other internal stakeholders and teams to maintain the highest standards for clients are met and follow-up as needed to ensure timely completion.
  4. Work with Data Sourcing teams to ensure data delivery for clients from Data Providers, on-time and with quality commensurate with their service level agreement (SLA).
  5. Oversee data work for clients, providing 4-eyes review of data quality and communications. Utilize industry and finance knowledge to 'sanity check' output for clients.
  6. Provide an effective support function utilizing online, telephone, and in-person support as needed and appropriate based on clients SLAs.
  7. Respond to client queries on their projects and give them confidence in the company's ability to be a trusted partner.
  8. Understand clients' complex needs and provide insights in using the CEPRES solutions to address their requirements.
  9. Manage and control scope of client work to ensure all SLAs are met, but that out of scope work is identified and flagged to senior account management to decide how to handle.
  10. Guide and support client private market (PE, VC, Real Estate, Infrastructure, etc.) research projects and help them derive valuable insights. Deliver in-depth analyses that are most relevant to the needs of our clients.
  11. Manage schedules, overall project status, and related deliverables. Ensure requirements and project deliverable dates are communicated, understood, and executed.
  12. Provide feedback to the product team based on client feedback to support optimal data modeling and product design.
  13. Become an expert in the CEPRES Platform and data management functions to best serve clients' needs.
  14. Maintain up-to-date documentation, policies, procedures, and project status for all client work.
Requirements
  1. Master's or Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or related field preferred)
  2. Prior experience in a customer-facing role (preferred) with good communication and presentation abilities
  3. Excellent proficiency in Excel and financial modeling experience a plus
  4. Excellent Turkish, English skills (written & communication), German is a plus
  5. Time management skills to efficiently coordinate information from internal stakeholders and customers and finalize tasks & assigned projects
  6. Positive, solution-focused, and self-starter mentality
  7. Good understanding of and prior experience in corporate finance/accounting, especially the Private Equity industry preferred
