We are seeking an E-Commerce Group Manager - Fashfed to join our team at Eren Retail.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail/commerce. E-commerce or digital marketing experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, SEO, Google Analytics-GA4, and user experience software.
  • Ability to work extended hours and flexible days as needed.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end e-commerce strategy, including digital marketing, merchandising, content management, business development, and creative direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to define the scope, deliverables, and requirements of digital projects, resulting in detailed work plans.
  • Identify and communicate the resources (time, budget, equipment, etc.) needed to complete projects.
  • Develop a project timeline that efficiently allocates resources to each task.
  • Oversee project execution according to the project plan, ensuring smooth workflows.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Review the quality of work regularly with the project team to ensure adherence to organizational standards.
  • Track the project budget and report any cost variances to stakeholders regularly.
  • Conduct formal project closure processes and share lessons learned with all relevant parties.
  • Define and develop strategies for global e-commerce operations, working on Omni-Channel projects to achieve sales targets and EBITDA goals while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Plan and execute the marketing and promotional calendar, driving sales and margins, improving average transaction size, and increasing order frequency.
  • Maximize the sales and profit potential of digital sales channels through a commercial understanding of products, customers, and internal capabilities while maintaining and enhancing the brand image and overall customer experience.
  • Support the Brands, Merchandising and Logistics teams by ensuring the development and integration of our e-commerce platform partners, including meeting all content requirements.
