What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?
  • E-Commerce Operations Management: Continuously monitor daily e-commerce platform operations and ensure seamless continuity according to operational excellence principles.
  • Product Listing and Inventory Management: Regularly track and update product descriptions and visuals on e-commerce platforms, enhancing the user experience and driving sales growth.
  • Activity Calendar Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute campaigns aligned with e-commerce activity calendars and digital marketing strategies.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track return on investments, ensure channel sustainability, and drive development activities to optimize e-commerce performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with relevant functions to achieve e-commerce goals and objectives.
  • Customer Experience Improvement: Stay up-to-date on current trends and technologies to continuously improve the online shopping experience.
What Kind of Teammate Are We Looking For?
  • A graduate from relevant departments (Industrial Engineering, Economics, etc.).
  • At least three years of experience in e-commerce.
  • Proficient in product and content management systems of e-commerce platforms.
  • A proven track record in designing and implementing online strategies.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
