JOB PURPOSE

  • You'll be responsible of warehouse and distribution operation of Ice cream business.
  • You'll work closely with Safety, Customer Development team, Distributors, Finance, Procurement, and other functions.
  • Your main target is ensuring safety and quality standards of the company in every step of operation while decreasing cost and sustaining service level.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
  • Managing fleet & other sources of direct distribution
  • Ensuring safety and quality standards
  • Responsible of operational budget; make analysis and compare warehouses to capturing further efficiencies.
  • Analyzing, monitoring service level and take appropriate actions for improving.
  • Discussing & challenging business growth for needed capacity and daily activities in season.
  • Creating new projects to decrease cost and implement new technologies.
  • Defining capex requirements of operation
  • Safety obsession and knowledge is a plus

Essential:

  • Operational experience in logistics or warehouse is preferred.
