What is the Main Aim of This Position?

To ensure that security measures are effectively designed, implemented, and maintained to mitigate the organization's risks, support its operational objectives, and protect digital information systems and data from cyber threats.

What We Expect From You?

  1. To define the network, application, and data security architecture according to standards and regulations. To coordinate the planning and implementation of the company's security systems infrastructure and related projects (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Content Filtering, EDR, XDR, PKI (e-mail & data encryption), DLP, Database security, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Cyber Intelligence, Cloud Platforms – CASB - CSPM, VPN).
  2. To identify and deploy the necessary systems to detect cyber threats and vulnerabilities, perform regular risk analyses, and develop risk mitigation measures.
  3. To define identity management infrastructure and solutions, guaranteeing integration with systems, and coordinating the identity management process.
  4. To respond to security breaches and incidents, managing post-incident processes including evidence collection and identifying necessary improvements.
  5. To carry out regular security audits and penetration tests, to follow up the findings.
  6. To manage the SIEM platform and guarantee its effectiveness and sustainability.
  7. To provide technical consultancy for projects and approve cyber security architecture.
  8. To define, develop, and publish policies, procedures, and technical standards in line with cyber security strategies.
  9. To design the security architecture in accordance with relevant standards and frameworks to ensure the security of Industrial Control Systems.
  10. To contribute to the development of the company's information security policies and procedures.
  11. To define and coordinate cyber incident management, coordinating with the legal department regarding relevant laws and incidents of violations.
  12. To periodically audit the functionality and effectiveness of security infrastructures through Digital & Information Systems Department KPIs.
  13. To follow cyber intelligence channels and prepare necessary content for the publication of the intelligence obtained within the company.
  14. To ensure the coordination of the process between third parties and internal resources within the security services provided by external sources.

Why You?

  1. If you hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, preferably with a master's degree.
  2. If you have at least 5 years of experience in Information Technologies.
  3. If you have hands-on experience with ISO 27001 standards.
  4. If you have strong knowledge of system security mechanisms, database, and cloud security.
  5. If you have strong knowledge of access control systems and methodologies, security software and hardware.
  6. If you have an understanding of security auditing, risk analysis, telecommunication, and network security.
  7. If you have familiarity with PKI technologies and encryption mechanisms.
  8. If you have knowledge of business/IT continuity issues.
  9. If you have an excellent command of written and spoken English.
