Call Center Support Specialists manage customer inquiries, complaints, over the phone. They are skilled communicators with a talent for verbal interaction and possess the patience and empathy required to handle a high volume of calls, including difficult or frustrated customers. Call Center Support Specialists are often the voice of the company and are crucial in industries such as telecommunications, finance, and healthcare, where a personal touch is necessary to effectively address customer concerns.

Japanese Support Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting and resolving clients' issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicating with coworkers to diagnose problems.
  • Talking coworkers through the process of fixing technical issues.
  • Prioritizing your workload to ensure the most critical issues are resolved first.
  • Documenting common support procedures that coworkers can follow.
  • Providing support remotely when necessary.

Japanese Support Specialist Requirements:
  • A degree in computer science or information and communication technology is preferred.
  • Microsoft certification is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good level of Japanese and English mandatory
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
