Key Responsibilities
  1. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Deliver outstanding customer service by identifying customer needs, offering personalized advice, and demonstrating suitable products.
  2. Sales and Product Knowledge: Build strong relationships with key customers, ensuring store standards are maintained to achieve sales targets and cultivate customer loyalty.
  3. Stock Management: Check stock levels daily, informing the Store Manager of depleting stocks to maintain optimum stock levels.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school qualification.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
  • Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, and good grooming.
