
Senior Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager with a technical background to join our team at Group of companies Eurasia.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth across Turkey by identifying and engaging potential clients, managing incoming inquiries, preparing and presenting proposals, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Turkish market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Track client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and follow up on opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPI metrics (30+ client calls monthly)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales
- Technical background with knowledge of Turkish and experience in cold calling
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with CRM experience preferred
- Ideally fluent in Turkish, with knowledge of English or Russian being a plus
Working Environment:
- Remote, flexible work environment with home office setup
- Standard working hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (local time)
