We are currently seeking a seasoned Human Resources Executive for our client, a leading multinational FMCG company.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Economics & Industrial Relations or Social Sciences from a reputable university.

With at least 5-6 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, particularly in Organizational Development, the successful candidate will be able to make a significant contribution to our client's HR team.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is crucial for this role, along with proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.

Self-motivation, proactivity, and a willingness to learn and adapt are essential qualities for this position.

A strong team player with result-oriented planning and organization skills is necessary to succeed in this role.

This position requires flexibility in working hours and no travel restrictions.

Please note that male candidates must have completed their military service.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Participate in all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and organizational development projects and operations.
  2. Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement HR transformation & change management projects.
  3. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  4. Foster strong relationships and trust with leaders and employees to create a positive working environment.
  5. Provide HR guidance and support to all employees.
  6. Conduct job analysis and generate job definitions, especially for strategic and key positions.
  7. Oversee the entire recruitment process from graduate to management level vacancies.
  8. Design and implement the yearly training plan & schedule and organize internal and external training programs accordingly.
