In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the organization's products and services to achieve sales and revenue targets within a defined territory. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities aligned with the organization's overall market and growth strategy
  • Developing and implementing account plans and coordinating resources
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to create higher market perception and gain business from accounts
  • Assessing customer needs and generating leads

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in life sciences or engineering (higher level of education beneficial)
  • Minimum 1 year field sales experience, preferably in laboratory/process based life science
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, results-oriented, capacity to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good teamwork skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently
  • Proven software skills, e.g. Microsoft Office
  • Good English language proficiency
