Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Specialist to join our team at Shenzhen New Industries Biomedical Engineering.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and application services to our customers, ensuring their successful implementation of our medical devices.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and complaints promptly. Your excellent communication skills and strong work ethic will enable you to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Solve customer technical problems and complaints in a timely manner.
  2. Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists in troubleshooting issues.
  3. Conduct correlation studies and validations with customers as required.
  4. Provide customer training on the use and maintenance of our medical devices.
  5. Visit clients regularly to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for the sales team.
  6. Participate in regional and national conference calls to update technical issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Medicine, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related fields; a master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IVD field application work, with a preference for immunology, biochemistry, or molecular biology.
  • Proficient in English as a working language.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
