Senior Application Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Specialist to join our team at Shenzhen New Industries Biomedical Engineering.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide advanced technical support and application services to our customers, ensuring their successful implementation of our medical devices.

Key Deliverables
  1. Develop and deliver advanced training programs for customers on the use and maintenance of our medical devices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and complaints promptly.
  3. Conduct correlation studies and validations with customers as required.
  4. Provide strategic guidance to the sales team on customer needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Medicine, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related fields; a master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in IVD field application work, with a preference for immunology, biochemistry, or molecular biology.
  • Proficient in English as a working language.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
