As a Fine Dining Server at Novikov Cafe Istanbul Airport, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes managing their queries in a friendly and timely manner, serving beverages while adhering to licensing regulations, and ensuring that food and beverage orders are of high quality and delivered promptly.

You will work closely with the kitchen team to communicate menu questions, wait times, and product availability. Additionally, you will be expected to handle additional meal requirements, allergies, and special requests. Your role will also involve completing opening and closing duties as required, presenting accurate checks to guests, and processing payments.

To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, protect company assets, and maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
