Role and Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing Advantage + Elite Contracts from order intake to delivery as well as achieving the key performance indicators of the product.

This role is a key part of our Customer Success Management (CSM) EMEA team and requires strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

The successful candidate will be able to implement and lead the Contract planning process, its implementation and sustainment, responsible to achieve the stated KPI (availability, cycle time, energy consumption, quality, resin usage).

They will also work with key cross-functional teams throughout the Organization with the goal of maintaining the Contract commitments on a continuous basis.

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for project managing all activities and services provided within the Contract, ensuring they are done on time, based on a predefined timetable, in an efficient way.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and lead the Contract planning process, its implementation and sustainment, responsible to achieve the stated KPI (availability, cycle time, energy consumption, quality, resin usage).
  2. Work with key cross-functional teams throughout the Organization with the goal of maintaining the Contract commitments on a continuous basis.
  3. Project manage all activities and services provided within the Contract, ensuring they are done on time, based on a predefined timetable, in an efficient way.
  4. Ensure all services included in the Contract are well defined, properly documented (in the proper Husky systems), and properly scheduled.
  5. Manage customer expectations to ensure complete alignment with the Contract objectives and goals.
  6. Plan and schedule Contract timelines and milestones using the appropriate tools.
  7. Be responsible for the milestones and deliverables.
  8. Develop and deliver progress reports, presentations, and other Contract documentation, internally and to the customer.
  9. Coordinate all activities related to the Contract implementation and ongoing activities.
  10. Focus on the involvement and awareness of the daily activities and issues related to the Contract. Be the key contact, both internally and with the customer.
  11. Ensure customer satisfaction with the contract.
  12. Manage and lead weekly calls with the customer, escalating issues when required and building relationships with customers.
  13. Schedule upcoming work with Field Service teams.

Requirements:

  1. Mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
  2. Knowledge of injection molding machinery and related mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic technologies considered an asset.
  3. Customer-focused attitude.
  4. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  5. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  6. Strong negotiation, facilitation, conflict management skills and the ability to professionally interact with team members.
  7. Good knowledge of all MS Office applications.
  8. Logical thinking capabilities and continuous improvement attitude.
  9. Fluent in English and Turkish.
