Rail-Flow is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead its sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will develop a sales strategy, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients.
Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, generating qualified leads and converting them into closed deals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans, including lead generation, qualification, and closure.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
