Job Description

As a Senior Sales Engineer at ExecutiveSurf, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and market expansion for our Turkish subsidiary. Our client is a global leader in the HVAC industry, designing and manufacturing innovative solutions for climate control systems worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales leadership and revenue responsibility for your designated sales region with significant travel requirements.
  2. Customer project management and technical consulting to support customer success.
  3. Sales strategy development and implementation to drive market share growth and increase profitable company turnover.
  4. International customer potential analysis and acquisition of new customers through strategic partnerships.
  5. Market and competitor research to inform sales strategies and product development.
  6. Collaboration with stakeholders, including the Managing Director, to develop and execute sales plans.
  7. Supporting customer service staff by developing their technical competence and agreeing on customer and delivery standards.
  8. Participation in trade shows, customer presentations, and product training events to showcase our expertise.
  9. Ongoing monitoring of competition to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Prior experience within the HVAC industry.
  • Technical knowledge of refrigeration/air conditioning or heating systems is an asset.
  • Proven track record as a Senior Sales Engineer, driving revenue, profitability, and growth.
  • Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
