  • Develop and Maintain Reporting Frameworks: Create and maintain reporting frameworks to analyze customer behaviors, including visit frequency, browsing patterns, purchase journeys, and more.
  • Conduct Customer Interviews: Conduct customer interviews to understand motivations, preferences, and pain points, providing valuable insights to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to create actionable insights, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Run A/B Tests: Run A/B tests to optimize the user experience and improve conversion rates, using SQL and BI tools to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to identify growth opportunities and drive business success.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management (consumer-facing platforms), eCommerce/customer insights, or consulting (MBB preferred)
  • Experience in fashion e-commerce is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in BigQuery, SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations
  • Experience running A/B tests and implementing customer-driven improvements
