Job Description

As a Talent Management Chief, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Determining talent management strategies aligned with our organization's needs and goals.
  • Designing the talent management process, including tools and principles, and ensuring its acceptance within the organization.
  • Identifying talents and potentials within our organization.
  • Identifying critical positions and creating backup plans.
  • Developing an approach to determine employees' career paths within our organization and contributing to their career development.
  • Working with relevant units to create mentoring and training programs for talents.
  • Analyzing internal and external talent pools and developing projects in alignment with our future goals.
  • Measuring and improving the effectiveness of processes for talent acquisition, evaluation, and placement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree from related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management and organizational development.
  • Preferably with 2+ years of experience in recruitment.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience in team management and coordination.
  • Experience in project management and process improvement.
