We are seeking an experienced Administrative Affairs Specialist to join our team at Randstad Türkiye.

About the Role:

  1. Develop, implement, and maintain efficient administrative processes that drive business growth.
  2. Collaborate with directorates, governorates, district governorships, and municipalities to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  3. Oversee personnel management, recruitment, performance evaluation, training, and development processes to optimize employee performance.
  4. Foster a positive work environment by developing policies to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
  5. Maintain occupational health and safety processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  6. Establish and update company administrative and human resources policies to align with industry best practices.
  7. Support budget planning and cost control processes to achieve organizational goals.
  8. Handle official correspondence and permit processes efficiently.
  9. Manage relationships with subcontractors and service providers, overseeing contract execution.
  10. Maintain accurate employee personnel files and ensure timely updates.
  11. Stay informed about legal regulations and take necessary actions to ensure company compliance.
  12. Cultivate internal communication and coordinate company-wide events to promote collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Labor Economics, Public Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in administrative affairs and human resources management.
  3. Proven track record of working with official institutions (Highways Directorate, Governorship, District Governorate, Municipality, etc.).
  4. Advanced level of English proficiency.
  5. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
  7. Knowledge of Labor Law, Social Security Regulations, and Occupational Health Safety laws.
  8. Proficiency in ERP systems.
  9. Class B driver's license and ability to drive actively.
  10. No travel restrictions.
