Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our corporate office team.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree and extensive experience with calendar management, high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
- Fluent spoken & written English is a must
- Native Turkish speaker
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative / personal / executive support to our expatriate staff as needed, of a confidential nature.
This includes organizing and attending meetings, ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings, and processing expense documents.
The selected candidate will also assist in establishing healthy communication within the company and help with administrative affairs.
