Administrative Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to General Manager.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to our General Manager, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations. You will also assist in organizing internal and external events, meetings, and conferences.
Job Responsibilities- Providing administrative support to General Manager
- Scheduling and maintaining calendar of appointments, conference calls, meetings and travel itineraries
- Coordinating related business arrangements, gathering information and determining/negotiating complex scheduling issues
- Preparation of work orders and missions list, visitors and Boards' agendas
- Providing support for travel and administrative tasks of company's executive committee members
- Editing reports, presentations, and other documentation in both Turkish and English
- Coordinating travel arrangements and managing expense reports
- Assisting organization of internal and external events, meetings, and conferences
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
