Administrative Support Specialist

Cargo and courier tracking is a vital function within the office. This role will support the process of tracking shipments, coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Responsibilities- Cost documentation support: Prepare and maintain accurate records of office expenses, including receipts and invoices.
- Office expenses payment and expense tracking: Ensure timely payment of office expenses, while also tracking and monitoring expenditure.
- Support in obtaining signatures from SLT: Collaborate with senior leadership to obtain necessary approvals and signatures for various documents.
- Office stationery supply support: Source and procure office supplies, maintaining a well-stocked inventory.
- Define supplier to the system support: Assist in identifying and onboarding new suppliers, ensuring seamless integration into our systems.
- Event organisations support: Provide administrative assistance in planning and executing company events, including logistical arrangements.
- Office guest reception and hospitality support: Greet and accommodate visiting guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
