About the Opportunity

This role offers the chance to develop and execute strategic account plans, driving financial profitability and business growth. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of plans and explore new business opportunities, project innovations, and market trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account strategies to meet sales targets in Turkey.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships and business growth.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and effectively present Envalior's products and services.
  • Negotiate and maintain strong business relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Align regularly with internal teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales Directors) to ensure smooth execution of plans.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Turkish and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively with customers.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Turkey for business needs.
  • Previous experience in account management or sales within a relevant market or industry.
  • Experience in the field of polyamides or plastics preferred.
  • Ability to manage complex, fast-changing market conditions and customer expectations.
