We are looking for a results-driven sales expert to join our team and contribute to the company's success.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to drive sales process improvement, identify new business opportunities, and support business growth with a proactive and passionate approach.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting lead generation by researching potential clients and initiating first contact.
- Identifying sales opportunities and generating qualified leads through email and LinkedIn outreach.
- Sharing client feedback with the team to enhance the understanding of customer needs.
- Regularly updating the CRM system (Pipedrive) to ensure proper tracking of sales opportunities.
- Performing market research, industry trend analysis, and competitor analysis to develop strategic recommendations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be persuasive, and have a strategic mindset.
Bachelor's degree is required, and familiarity with startup culture or experience in a startup environment is a plus.
The selected candidate will work in a hybrid model, with at least three days per week at our office.
