
Business Operations Coordinator

As an Executive Assistant at Iyzico, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Communication and Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
- Process Optimization: Manage and oversee all internal processes related to stakeholders, streamlining business and personal tasks for maximum efficiency.
- Calendar Management: Organize and manage complex calendars, prioritizing commitments to optimize time and productivity, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Event Planning: Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and teleconferences for the executive, ensuring smooth logistics and successful outcomes.
- Administrative Support: Handle all administrative support functions, including document organization, meeting preparation, and travel arrangements.
- Travel and Logistics: Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, being open to traveling when required, and ensuring seamless execution of travel plans.
- Information Sharing: Ensure timely and accurate information flow to facilitate effective communication and decision-making, promoting transparency and collaboration within the team.
- Education and Qualifications: Graduated from relevant departments of universities, possessing excellent academic credentials.
- Language Proficiency: Possess a good command of English, enabling effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Top Executive Assistant, demonstrating expertise and proficiency in the role.
- Technical Skills: Ability to use MS Office programs effectively, leveraging software applications to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and representation skills, strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills, and excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
