
Business Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Assistant to join our team at Çilek. This is a mid-senior level, full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting our executive's workflow and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have advanced English speaking and writing skills, with 3-4 years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel, is also essential. We are looking for someone who is able to maintain composure, produce practical solutions in unexpected situations, and adapt to changing circumstances.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting necessary research, reports, texts, and presentations, and preparing related documentation. You will also keep track of foreign affairs, fully organizing all packages for international meetings and ensuring the necessary coordination. Additionally, you will organize meetings, take notes and decisions, communicate them to relevant parties, and follow up on the implementation process.
