This role involves providing exceptional customer service to potential students, directing incoming information effectively, and working closely with our team to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing CRM systems
  • Preliminary accounting
  • Organization of office needs
  • Oversight of part-time workers

To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in CRM systems and office management.

We use a variety of tools, including Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Meta Business Suite, email management tools, and CRM systems.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that student payments are accurately and timely recorded in the CRM system, managing and tracking payment confirmations, service fees, translation payments, and school payments.
