Join our Team

The People and Culture Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing or assisting all administrative duties within the scope of People and Culture functions.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Ability to conduct advanced level business correspondence in Turkish and English language.
  • Proficiency in the use of office equipment.
  • Preferably command of computer media software such as Photoshop, Movie Maker, etc.
  • Ability to operate computer equipment and/or software systems including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an experienced user level.
  • Professional, service-oriented, eager to help co-workers, adaptable to changes.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the hotel.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Turkish.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, result orientation, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dynamic adaptability and flexibility to the needs of hospitality industry work schedule.
  • A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task.

Applicants are preferably 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations and preferably hold a University Degree.
