Every department has a growth mentality but a dedicated team working on making GetirAraç grow ultra-fast is of crucial importance. Thus, we are looking for a People & Culture Senior Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership, strategic planning, and fostering a positive work environment that drives high performance and employee satisfaction.
The role will be reporting to CEO, GetirAraç, directly.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Innovation: Partner with leadership to develop and roll out forward-thinking HR strategies that support the company's goals and foster long-term growth, from talent acquisition to organizational development.
- Creating a Great Workplace: Lead efforts to boost employee engagement and retention through fun and meaningful programs—think performance management, recognition initiatives, and career growth opportunities.
- Policy Pro: Keep our policies fresh and in line with changing laws, while ensuring they reflect the company's culture and values.
- Insightful Reporting: Bring data to life by providing key HR metrics and insights to senior leadership, helping shape decisions and improve HR processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and collaborate with the HR team to make sure everything is running like a well-oiled machine.
- Recruitment Rockstar: Take charge of the hiring process—working closely with hiring managers to identify top talent, conduct interviews, and make sure we're bringing in the best fit for our culture and business needs.
- Seamless Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they feel supported from day one. When it's time for employees to move on, manage offboarding with care to ensure a respectful and efficient transition.
- Employee Relations Champion: Be the friendly face employees turn to when they have concerns, guiding them through any issues and helping to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Payroll Perfection: Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, managing everything from tracking attendance to processing bonuses and overtime. You'll be the go-to person for all payroll-related questions.
- HR Operations Guru: Keep things running smoothly by handling day-to-day HR tasks, from benefits administration to maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws.
- Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on HR experience, including a strong mix of operational and strategic roles. Experience in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment is a plus.
- HR Knowledge: A deep understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
- Compensation & Benefits (Including Payroll Management) Expertise: Proven experience managing payroll, benefits, and compensation programs with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Recruitment & Onboarding Savvy: Solid experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, with a passion for finding and welcoming great talent.
- HR Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll software).
- Communication & People Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels and navigate sensitive situations with care.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a small team, while collaborating across departments to create a positive, productive work environment.
