Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced, professional, and discreet Personal Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO of a dynamic international holding company. This is a critical role that requires a sharp, organized, and highly reliable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, cross-border business environment.
The ideal candidate must be flexible, exceptionally well-organized, fluent in English (additional languages a plus), and willing to travel frequently for meetings, events, and executive missions both regionally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and international travel itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including government officials, investors, and partners.
- Prepare high-level documents, reports, presentations, and briefing notes with accuracy and discretion.
- Coordinate all logistics for meetings, events, and business trips – including flights, visas, accommodations, and ground transport.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day administrative support, including correspondence management, expense tracking, and agenda setting.
- Accompany the CEO on international and regional trips, ensuring all logistics are in place and adapting to evolving priorities.
- Liaise with internal departments to follow up on action items and deadlines on behalf of the CEO.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to senior executives or CEOs, preferably in international companies or holding groups.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Languages, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Turkish.
- Tech Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams), and travel/itinerary apps.
- Mobility: Must be comfortable with frequent international travel, often on short notice.
